The moving procedure also includes the delivery of large household items such as washing machines, fridges and lounges 

This procedure was developed to ensure appropriate coordination when residents move in or out as well as the delivery of large household items to minimise interference and inconvenience with the other Residents or with the general use/ operation of the lift.
